    Sealed bids will be received by the Lorain County Joint Vocational School Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Parking and Paving – Phase 2 Project. Questions may be directed to Russell Gayheart, at rgayheart@gpdgroup.com and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available for purchase from SE Blueprint Inc., 2035 Hamilton Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 (216-241-2250).

    Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Lorain County Joint Vocational School Board of Education, ATTN: Tina Pelto, Deputy Superintendent, 15181 State Route 58, Oberlin, Ohio 44074, and plainly marked on the outside "LORAIN COUNTY JVS PARKING AND PAVING – PHASE 2 PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., local time January 15, 2026, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Superintendent’s Office Board Room located at 15181 State Route 58, Oberlin, Ohio 44074.

    A pre-bid conference will take place at 9:00 am on January 6, 2026, in the Superintendent’s Office Board Room located at 15181 State Route 58, Oberlin, Ohio 44074, followed by a project site walk-through.

    This notice is posted on the LCJVS Board’s internet website www.lcjvs.com and may be accessed by a link on the home page.

    All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
